Craig Milton founded Axion Capital in 2021 and has more than 20 years of corporate advisory experience in Australia. Prior to forming Axion Capital, Craig held senior corporate finance positions with New Holland Capital, Credit Suisse and Wilson HTM Investment Group. Craig previously worked as a Director and the Head of Credit Suisse’s Perth office with a focus on metals and mining. Most recently, Craig was a Director at New Holland Capital.
Craig has provided corporate finance advice to significant public and private companies including Whitehaven Coal, Independence Group, Atlas Iron, Felix Resources, Lefroy Exploration, Tiger Resources and First Reserve Corporation.
Craig has extensive deal experience having executed more than 100 transactions across a variety of industries and incorporating the full suite of corporate finance products (M&A and financing alternatives across the capital structure).
Sebastian Hyde has over a decade of corporate advisory experience in Australia across a variety of industries with a current focus on resources.
Prior to joining Axion Capital, Sebastian was a Senior Director in FTI Consulting’s corporate finance team where he advised on M&A transactions and consulted to global private equity funds. Previously Sebastian was a Director with a boutique consulting and corporate advisory firm where he specialised in corporate turnaround, restructuring and debt advisory.
In addition to Sebastian’s mining experience, he has worked with a diverse client base in manufacturing, construction and health care across Australia, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
